Membership
Whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned veteran in our field, membership in NCPRIMA will expand your knowledge through meaningful professional development and idea sharing with like-minded experts. Our membership consists of Risk Management, Safety, Human Resources, Attorneys, Insurance Experts and others across the state who are there to provide the information you need to help you with your role.
Our chapter offers memberships to public risk management and safety professionals, and to corporate entities whose businesses serve the public sector risk management area (e.g., insurance firms, service business, etc.).
Memberships run from October 1 – September 30th. Renewals are due no later than October 15th of each calendar year.
Our memberships are provided on an individual basis. Memberships paid by an employer are transferable through the calendar year to the person who fills that role. Please notify NCPRIMA as soon as possible for any updates. Membership fees are not refundable and Affiliate Members (private sector) have not voting rights.

Membership in the North Carolina Public Risk Management Association is available to public risk management and safety professionals, and to corporate entities whose businesses serve the public sector risk management area (e.g., insurance firms, service business, etc.).
Our membership year runs from October – September.
Public Sector Members maintain voting rights in the organization, and Affiliate Members (private sector corporate entities) have no voting rights.
Government Entity
$50/Year
Individual currently employed by a government entity in North Carolina.
Affiliate Member
$75/Year
Non-government employees. This membership is for our vendors and sponsors.
Student Member
$25/Year
Student currently enrolled in a college or university and interested in membership prior to employment.
Retiree Member
$25/Year
Retired Government employees interested in continuing their active status with NCPRIMA.
