The 2026 NCPRIMA Educational Conference is the place to be! Here are just a few benefits of attending:
- Educational sessions ranging from beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in risk management, safety, claims, workers’ compensation, insurance, employment practices, and leadership & professional development, and other emerging risk topics.
- Offering classes for all public entity professionals, Risk Managers, Safety Officers, HR Professionals, School Personnel, Insurance Professionals and other risk management fields.
- Continuing education credits for approved NC courses offered for license and designation requirements.
- Networking opportunities and events to collaborate with peers and vendors.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
- In the event an attendee or guest decides to cancel their registration prior to August 7, 2026, a refund (minus credit card processing company's fee and membership dues if applicable) will be issued.
- In the event an attendee or guest decides to cancel their registration on or after August 7, 2026, a refund will not be offered.
- In the event NCPRIMA cancels the event prior to the start date, a full refund will be issued.
MEMBERSHIP
In order to get the membership rate for the conference, your dues for the current annual period must be current and paid up until September 30, 2026. Memberships run from October 1st - September 30th. Current members may pay membership renewal fees on the membership renewal section of the website. If you are not a current member, you must join to get the membership rate.
Dues not paid by October 15th will result in an inactivation of your account and removal from the NCPRIMA Listserv. This is a good time to pay your membership renewal for the next annual period starting October 1, 2026.
HOTEL
Hotel reservations this year will be made and handled through the hotel. After you have registered for the conference you will receive an email with the link to book your hotel reservations.
Hotels are filling up quick, and we have secured the overflow hotel listed below. There will be a final block of rooms at Holiday Inn that will be released on or around 7/1/26.

We can't do this without you! Your support is always needed and greatly appreciated. There are many opportunities for your organization to help NCPRIMA, all while showcasing your company's products and services. The sponsorship levels have been structured to meet a wide range of budgetary requirements.
Sponsorship levels are Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Sponsorships starting at the Silver level will include one or more complementary conference registrations and include enhanced access to our mobile app. This will give you more opportunities to interact with conference attendees. Sponsorship funds are used to prepay for various aspects of the conference, and NCPRIMA greatly appreciate sponsors. Therefore, refunds can only be offered in the event NCPRIMA has to cancel the conference. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Benefits: With our conference app, attendees will have access to your company via their smartphone. You'll be able to network and interact with our attendees while showcasing your company's offerings based on the sponsorship level you choose. This is your opportunity to meet public sector risk management and other professionals throughout North Carolina and network with decision-makers. With the mobile app, you will have the opportunity to reach attendees during and after the conference! Consider a sponsorship to enhance your visibility at the event and leave a lasting impression on attendees. We always have an opening and need for your sponsorship so please consider one of our many levels.
